We accept exchanges for dresses under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The dress must be unworn and in original condition.

All tags must be attached and intact.

The dress must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable.

Size exchange is chargeable An exchange fee of ₹150 ___will be charged for arranging reverse pickup and re dispatch.

Exchanges must be requested within the specified return/exchange window (please refer to your receipt or our website for details.

Dresses that show signs of wear, have had tags removed, or are returned outside the exchange period will not be eligible for exchange.

If you don’t like the products you purchased, you need to raise a ticket within 2 days after delivery. You will receive that amount as store credit. You can use the same amount to buy anything else from our site. This store credit is valid for lifetime.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may return it at no additional cost but  unboxing video will be required. you need to share detail within 2 days. Send the images, video, and order number to us via vastarhelp@gmai.com and Contact no 8570825771. We will exchange your products, and you don’t need to pay any extra charges
